World without concept of family?

Family today is probably the most sacred system and gives a sense of belonging to every individual.

But where did this concept of marriage started?

In earlier times before the concept of marriage, men and women used to mate with each other and women had many potential matting parteners. 

Since the concept of marriage was not there, so women brought up the kids by herself and every man to the child was, Uncle.

Then came the idea of private property.

Every man had a property tied to himself and he wanted to pass on his property to his child.

So the concept of family was introduced, so that man could pass on his property to his child.

But there were downfalls of this, man wanted to pass on his property to his child and not to child of another man, so the concept of virginity came, so as to completely ensure that the woman he married to was not barring any child before marriage.

With the concept of private propeperty the concept of family, father, woman's virginity and woman's owner by the man. 

Interestingly the concept of Uncle is older than that of Father.

As nature's rule, the woman completely experiences her being when she becomes a mother, but this is not true for the man.

A man marries a woman get a wife and woman marries a man to become mother. After the birth of child the man is insecure that the woman may now leave him because she has become mother, so the man may distance himself from her unconsciously and sometimes jealous of the child being more closer to the mother.

When a child is born, the child is told about religion, the child has to follow that religion and everything that religion teaches. 

But what if the family was not there, will the child be aware of religion or will the religion be able to work?

But surely if family is not there then the child will live amoung his uncle's and learn more wider prospective of world rather from a confined number of people in the family. On the other side a family makes sure a child belongs to a group or people and has safety. But still there are families which are not able to provide basic necessities to their children.

What would the world be without concept of family, certainly term like virginity wouldn't be there!
